How I work
Therapeutic Approach
Every person carries a story, a search for meaning, belonging, and direction.
Drama Therapy, grounded in an existential approach, offers a creative and compassionate way to explore these deeper questions of life.
Through movement, imagery, and metaphor, we create space to meet the parts of you that long to be heard.
This process is not about performing; it is about discovering who you are, what matters to you, and how you choose to show up in the world.
The existential lens invites you to look gently at themes such as freedom, responsibility, choice, uncertainty, and the desire for connection.
When paired with expressive tools, this exploration becomes more accessible and intuitive — helping you see your challenges from new perspectives and reconnect with your inner strengths.
